Bombay High Court Rejects Iskcon’s Plea for Using Shivaji Park - 24.09.2015

Bombay HC has rejected plea filed by International Society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon) to hold Jagannath Yatra at Shivaji Park citing a technical hitch, stating that religion has nothing to do with allowing processions on open public spaces.
