MCA: Mandatory to File Overdue Returns Before Applying for Striking off Name for LLPs - 29.05.2017

Government has amended Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 making it mandatory for LLPs to file overdue returns before filing an application to registrar for striking off name.
