Rajasthan High Court Dismisses PIL Against Blood Donation Camp Order - 24.09.2015

Rajasthan HC has dismissed PIL challenging State Govt.’s order for organising blood donation camps in all government and private colleges on September 25, birth anniversary of Jan Sangh ideologue Deendayal Upadhyay which coincides with Eid al Adha, stating that donating blood is a “noble cause”.
