Delhi HC Clubs 7 Cases into One, to Decide Ongoing Tussle Between AAP and L-G Najeeb Jung - 24.09.2015

Delhi HC while finding itself in middle of ongoing tussle between AAP and Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung, has decided to club all pending cases filed against various contentious decisions by the two. The court would now interpret Article 239AA of the Constitution to settle issue of jurisdiction.
