ITAT, Ahmedabad: Security Guards Employed by Assessee Unit Are Workers Engaged in Manufacturing - 29.05.2017

ITAT, Ahmedabad has held that Security Guards employed by assessee-unit must be considered as part of workers engaged in manufacturing process for purpose of giving benefit under Section 80IB(2)(iv) of Income Tax Act.
