Allahabad HC Orders Govt. to Ensure Flag Hoisting and National Anthem Singing at All State Institutes - 23.09.2015

Allahabad HC while disposing of a PIL filed by Ajeet Gaur, seeking directions to State Govt. to ensure that all Madarsas in state conduct flag-hoisting ceremony on Independence Day and Republic Day , has ordered Secretaries of all departments in UP Government to ensure hoisting of national flag and reciting of national anthem in all institutions controlled or aided by the state on Independence Day and Republic Day.
