Supreme Court: Relation of Witnesses to Deceased By Marriage Not Sufficient to Reject Testimony - 25.05.2017

Supreme Court has observed that the fact that witness may be related to deceased by marriage, cannot be sufficient reason to classify him as a related and interested witness to reject his testimony.
