Madras High Court to Centre: Give Two Helmets With Every New Two-Wheeler - 23.09.2015

Madras High Court has ordered Central Government to issue suitable direction to helmet manufacturers for two-wheelers to provide helmet lock as a component and not as an accessory, adding two helmets should be given to people at time of purchase of a vehicle.
