US Supreme Court Tightens Patent Lawsuit Rules to Stop ‘Patent Trolls’ - 25.05.2017

U.S. Supreme Court, while tightening rules for where patent lawsuits can be filed, has overturned a 2016 ruling by U.S. Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit, that said patent suits are fair game anywhere a defendant company’s products are sold.
