Sebi Penalises PACL with Rs 7,269 crore for Fraudulent Mobilisation of Public Funds - 23.09.2015

Sebi has imposed Rs 7,269 crore penalty on PACL and its four directors for fraudulent mobilisation of funds from the public, saying it deserves “maximum penalty“ for cheating the common man.
