NGT Seeks Centre's Reply on Plea Alleging that Waste Treatment Plant is Polluting NCR's Groundwater - 23.09.2015

NGT has sought Ministry of Environment and Forests , Delhi and Haryana Govt.(s), Central Pollution Control Board and others’ response on a plea seeking relocation of a waste treatment plant and landfill site from Aravalli hill area in Gurgaon, claiming it has led to water contamination in the area.
