CBI Court Convicts Ex-Secy HC Gupta, Others in Colgate Scam - 22.05.2017

A Special CBI Court in New Delhi has convicted Former Coal Secretary HC Gupta along with two serving bureaucrats in a case relating to irregularities in allocation of Thesgora-B Rudrapuri coal block in Madhya Pradesh to Kamal Sponge Steel and Power Ltd (KSSPL).
