Delhi High Court: CESTAT Empowered to Examine Correctness of Assertion in Disclosure Statement - 19.05.2017

Delhi High Court has held that CESTAT, under section 9 of Customs Tariff Act, is empowered to examine correctness of assertions made in disclosure statement and Final Finding issued by Designated Authority.
