Tripura High Court Says No to Include Telcos Revenue From 'Non Licensed Activities' in AGR - 18.05.2017

Tripura High Court has ruled that revenue of telcos from “non-licensed activities” cannot be included while computing a carrier’s adjusted gross revenue (AGR).
