Rajasthan HC: 2015 Amendments to Sec. 30 of Rajasthan Co-Operative Societies Act Unconstitutional - 18.05.2017

Rajasthan High Court has held that 2015 amendment to Section 30 of Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act is ultra vires to Article 243-Z, 243-ZK and 243-ZL of Constitution of India and contrary to national policy for cooperative sector.
