Allahabad High Court: Appointment of Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Services Chief is Illegal - 23.09.2015

Allahabad High Court has declared appointment of retired IAS officer Lal Bihari Pandey as the chairman of the UP Higher Education Services Commission illegal, as it was in violation of rules since he was not eligible for the post.
