Delhi High Court Rejects Somnath Bharti’s Anticipatory Bail Plea - 23.09.2015

Delhi High Court while taking consideration of allegations of torture and abuse levelled against former Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti by his wife, has rejected to grant Somnath Bharti anticipatory bail .
