Punjab and Haryana HC Approves De-Merger Plan of Jindal Stainless - 22.09.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC has approved scheme of arrangement between Jindal Stainless, Jindal Stainless (Hisar), Jindal United Steel and Jindal Coke, their respective shareholders and creditors for the purpose of de-merger.
