Supreme Court Terms 'Triple Talaq' Worst Form of Muslim Marriage Dissolution - 12.05.2017

Supreme Court has said that practice of triple talaq was "worst" and "not desirable" form of dissolution of marriages among Muslims, even though there were schools of thought which termed it as "legal".
