Delhi High Court: Court Empowered to Direct Production of Documents Relevant to Issue - 12.05.2017

Delhi High Court has held that under Order 11 Rule 14 of CPC, Court has power to direct production of documents relevant to issue in question and necessary for fair disposal of case and which are in possession of person against whom discovery has been sought.
