Supreme Court: Will Decide Only on Constitutional Vires of Triple Talaq, Not Polygamy - 11.05.2017

Supreme Court has started proceedings on Islamic practice of 'triple talaq' by making it very clear that it's only going to rule on constitutional validity of oral divorce and not on polygamy.
