Bombay High Court: No Relaxation in 2002 Triple Blast Convict’s Sentence - 11.05.2017

Bombay High Court has ruled that convict in 2002-03? Mulund, Vile Parle and Mumbai Central? triple bomb blast case, Saquib Nachan, cannot claim relaxation in his sentence based on a period he underwent sentence in another case.
