Delhi High Court Initiates Contempt Proceeding Against Old Man For ‘Maliciously’ Blaming His Lawyer - 09.05.2017

Delhi High Court, coming down heavily on an 84-year-old man, has issued contempt notice to him for seeking recall of an order on ground that his counsel cheated him by withdrawing his appeal.
