NGT Raps Maharshtra Govt. for Not Enforcing Eco Norms for Sand Mining - 22.09.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has rapped state environment department for failing to ensure compliance of environment clearance conditions for sand mining in Maharashtra.
