Supreme Court to Centre: Ensure Implementation of Child-Welfare Schemes - 08.05.2017

Supreme Court has directed Centre to ensure that child-welfare schemes are implemented, expressing concern at failure to execute legislation such as Juvenile Justice (care) Act and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
