Delhi HC Seeks Reply From Centre, TERI in RK Pachauri Sexual Harassment Case - 22.09.2015

Delhi High Court has sought response from government on a plea filed by a TERI employee alleging that organisation had not acted against its chief RK Pachauri, as recommended by an internal complaints committee in connection with her sexual harassment complaint.
