Supreme Court Allows Advocate's Plea Against Mandatory Aadhaar for APP Exam - 05.05.2017

Supreme Court has allowed an Advocate’s petition against demand for mandatory Aadhaar details while applying for post of Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) after Orissa Public Service Commission (OPSC) agreed to remove such conditions.
