ITAT, Ahmedabad: Salary Deducted For Not Serving Notice Period is Not Taxable Income - 03.05.2017

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Ahmedabad has ruled that an amount deducted from an employee's salary for not serving out a notice period cannot be considered as taxable income.
