Bombay High Court Stays Order Imposing Rs 50 lakh Cost on NSE - 21.09.2015

Bombay High Court has stayed its order imposing a cost of Rs 50 lakhs on National Stock Exchange (NSE) for two weeks in a defamation case filed against a news portal for publishing alleged false reports on algorithm (algo) trading mechanism on its platform.
