Supreme Court to Essar: Pay Rs. 1038.27 Crore to Gujarat Govt as Power Duty - 03.05.2017

Supreme Court has dismissed appeals of Essar Steel and Essar Power and upheld Gujarat High Court’s order holding them liable to pay Rs. 1038.27 crore towards electricity duty to State Government.
