NGT Directs Centre not to Fumigate Plane with Passengers on Board - 04.08.2015

National Green Tribunal has directed the Centre to ensure that no disinfectant fumigation is carried out in aircraft while passengers are on board. The order came on a plea filed by a US-based neurologist, who alleged that spraying such pesticides could have an adverse impact on health.
