Supreme Court Says 'Defaulters Can’t Seek Enforcement of Fundamental Rights' - 02.05.2017

Supreme Court, while refusing to entertain a petition filed by embattled real estate company Unitech Ltd, has said that defaulters cannot be allowed to approach Court to get their fundamental rights against Government and Authorities.
