Supreme Court Slaps Rs 25 Lakh Fine on NGO For Filing Frivolous Petition - 02.05.2017

Supreme Court, while sending a strong message to litigants that frivolous petitions cannot be filed to waste precious time of Court, has slapped exemplary costs of Rs 25 lakh on Suraj India Trust represented by Rajiv Bhaia to be paid within a month.
