Delhi HC Notices MHA, AAP Govt, Commissioner Over Compensation to Victims of 'Celebratory Firing' - 01.05.2017

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Delhi Government and Commissioner of Delhi Police seeking their stand over liability of groom and his family to compensate those killed or injured in ‘celebratory firing’ by their guests at a wedding.
