Madras High Court: Pendency of Divorce Petition 'No Bar' to Initiate Proceeding Under DV Act - 01.05.2017

Madras High Court has held that pendency of divorce petition filed by husband is not a bar to initiate proceedings under Domestic Violence Act by wife.
