Supreme Court: Can't Insist Private Unaided College Under MMU to Affiliate From HPU - 01.05.2017

Supreme Court has struck down Section 3(6a) of Himachal Pradesh Private Medical Educational Institutions Act 2006, as unconstitutional and held that private unaided college under Maharishi Markandeshwar University (MMU) cannot be insisted to get affiliation from Himachal Pradesh University.
