SC Asks Govt, States: How to Stop Criminal-Politician Nexus - 21.09.2015

SC while taking plea filed against Allahabad HC order constituting committee of eminent persons to suggest ways to check criminalization of politics, has asked to Centre and State, “Why do most criminals enjoy political patronage and how to stop criminals dictating terms to politicians”.
