Bombay HC Says 'No' to Dismissal of Appeals, Unless Matter Decided on Merits - 28.04.2017

Bombay High Court has held that an Appellate Court cannot dismiss an appeal exercising its jurisdiction under Section 386 of CrPC, unless the matter has been decided on merits.
