Supreme Court on Lokpal Row: Not Mandatory to Give Primacy to CJI's Opinion in Every Appointment - 28.04.2017

Supreme Court has held that Constitution does not mandate that in all matters concerning appointment to various offices in different bodies, primacy must be accorded to opinion of Chief Justice or his nominee.
