Delhi HC: Nomination Doesn’t Amount To Will In Law - 26.04.2017

Delhi High Court has reiterated that nomination is not a Will in law and in absence of any Will, only legal heirs (as per the Hindu Succession Act) shall be entitled to inherit property of deceased.
