Madras High Court Refuses to Direct CBI to Furnish Tamil Translation of FIR - 21.09.2015

Madras High Court has refused to direct Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to furnish to an accused in a corruption case, copies of First Information Report, statements made by witnesses and the charge sheet after translating all of them into Tamil.
