Supreme Court Directs Husband to Pay Rs. 50 Lakh Amount, Flat Worth Rs. 1 Crore to 'Cruel' Wife - 25.04.2017

Supreme Court has directed a husband to provide his wife Rs. 50 lakh amount and a flat worth Rs. 1 crore, even though it held that acts of wife in filing false complaints against husband amounted to cruelty.
