Supreme Court: Court Can't Relegate Parties Before Arbitral Tribunal After Setting Aside Award - 24.04.2017

Supreme Court has held that Section 34 (4) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, does not empower Court to relegate parties before Arbitral Tribunal after having set aside arbitral award in question.
