Madras HC Express Shock Over Narcotics Case Kept Pending for 15 Years - 21.09.2015

Madras HC while expressing shock over appeal in narcotic drugs case pending for over 15 years for want of notice to be served on accused, has said that it must probably be only Narcotic case in which “the word ‘notice’ had been decorating the docket for a long number of years.”
