NCLT Dismisses Mistry's Plea Alleging Mismanagement, Minority Oppression at Tata Sons - 24.04.2017

National Company Law Tribunal, while dismissing Cyrus Mistry petition that alleged mismanagement and minority shareholder oppression at Tata Sons, has said that former chairman's family firms failed to make a 'prima facie' case and show 'cause of action' against India's largest conglomerate.
