Bombay High Court Sets Aside Rape Conviction For Infirmities in Evidence of Prosecution - 24.04.2017

Bombay High Court has set aside rape conviction of one Anant Shivde, giving him benefit of doubt after it was found that evidence of prosecution suffers from several infirmities as well as improbabilities.
