Delhi High Court Rejects AAP's Plea For EVMs With Paper Trails in MCD Polls - 21.04.2017

Delhi High Court, while observing that “election process cannot be interefered with at eleventh hour”, has dismissed petition moved by AAP and one of its candidates for use of EVMs with paper trails in upcoming MCD polls.
