Madras HC Defers Contempt Proceedings against Politician, Lawyers - 21.09.2015

Madras HC while deferring contempt proceeding against a politician and two lawyers,has directed politician to do "service" in students hostel and lawyers to serve their senior,both for 3 months,after accepting affidavit seeking apology for obstructing sealing of building constructed unauthorisedly.
