Bombay High Court Dismisses Plea Challenging Provisions of Food Safety Act - 21.09.2015

Bombay HC while dismissing a plea challenging several provisions of the Food Safety and Standards (FSS) Act, observed that those who endangered human life with unsafe food should be dealt with “iron hands”.
