Government Notifies Remaining Sections of RERA, Act Shall Come into Full Force From May 1, 2017 - 20.04.2017

Central Government has issued a notification announcing that sections 3-19, 40, 59-70, 79 and 80 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, shall come into force on May 1, 2017.
